WELCOME

Welcome to the website of the Seaside Responders. We are volunteer Community First Responders from Mundesley, Cromer and surrounding areas in North Norfolk.

We work in conjunction with East of England Ambulance Service to respond to emergency 999 calls within our local area, providing a vital service to those who are in need of potential life-saving treatment until the arrival of an emergency ambulance.

All members of Seaside Responders are trained in first aid, basic life support, oxygen therapy and the use of a defibrillator.

One of the main principles of the service we offer is to improve the number of patients surviving cardiac arrests and other life-threatening conditions such as choking & respiratory arrest.

We are alerted by ambulance control to certain types of emergency calls where time can make the difference between life and death.

Seaside Responders are almost entirely funded by voluntary contributions, please visit our 'Fundings' page for more information.
